Dining

Breakfasts will be served in the hotel where you can order room service or join other guests for a buffet breakfast of tropical fruits, cold meats, cheeses, croissants, French bread, and freshly made omelettes, cooked in front of you. You can choose from the traditional fillings of cheese, ham, mushrooms whatever you want.

Picnic lunches are the order of the day on our excursions, and cook-outs at the beach.

Dinner will be at some of the local restaurants. Experiencing local dishes such as brochette de poisson, legumes, bananas, saka-saka, ntete, mabouke, foufou, manioc….you can taste vin de palm the local liquor if you wish.

On the other hand French cuisine is the order of the day in restaurants in and around Pointe Noire.

You will in fact, experience a very French way of living, on the equator.
